Position summary:
· Accountable for the parts manufacturing processes implementation and industrialization.
· Accountable for the parts manufacturing processes documentation.
· Accountable for supporting supplier Ｏn technical topics.
Position duty:
· Analyze and troubleshoot Ｏn parts manufacturing processing problems.
· Lead PPS Ｏn manufacturing processing issues.
· Monitoring of manufacturing processes.
· Participate in processes audits.
· Cascade documentation information to shop floor.
· Support training Ｏn new and updated process in shop floor.
· Coordinate with internal and external technical experts Ｏn technical topic.
· Manage documentation related to product (Drawings, Work Instruction etc.)
· Manage modifications related to the product.
· Support supplier for solving technical issues and industrialization.
· Configuration data transfer and support for modification implementation.
· Follow the effectiveness of corrective actions.
· Lead technical process optimization projects.
· Manage PFMEA and Control Plan regular update
· Participate in program weekly meeting.
· Provide 5 box reports to Customer for concession or HNC authorization.
· Participate in SQCDP meeting.
· Provide technical support to QE Ｏn HMC buy part.
· Gap analysis Ｏn AIPI, part drawing, Airbus norms
· Review CNF content.
· Provide technical support to back office Ｏn SAP and CNF, repairing sheet.
· KC and KPC identification and update.
· Data collection Ｏn to analyze process issue.
Required of Skills & Experience:
Must
· English spoken, written and read - mandatory.
· Proficiency in computer software applications (CATIA, MS Office).
· Ability to interact with people Ｏn the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups.
· Under standing Ｏn work instruction and work order.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Master assembly or composite manufacturing process.
· Good understanding Ｏn technical drawing and norms.
· Good understanding Ｏn process equipment and tooling& Jigs.
· Understanding of practical problem solving methods.
Preferred
· Shop Floor experience or knowledge.
· Experience in European / American specific normative and procedures.
· SAP knowledge.
Education/Experience
· Bachelor degree and minimum of 3 years working experience in assembly or composite manufacturing engineering.
